Refund Policy

For eligible returns, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• ₹150 will be deducted per returned item as return shipping charges.
• Shoes and jackets are non-returnable and non-refundable — size exchange only.
• The first size exchange is free; any additional size exchange will require applicable shipping charges.
• Defective, damaged, or incorrect products may qualify for a replacement or appropriate resolution after verification.
• Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product passes inspection and the return is approved.
• Refunds will normally be credited back through the same payment method used for the original purchase.
